Emailing your lenders just got a whole lot easier.
After creating your OM and selecting lenders, head to the Message step.
The new AI Email Generator instantly produces a professional, personalized email that highlights your deal’s key points and links directly to your OM.
Need tweaks? Click "Use AI" for a fresh draft or make quick edits yourself.

  • Choose execution types in the first step of OM creation to help match with the right lenders faster.
  • Helpful guides for loan types and asset classes are now linked directly in OM creation — just click the little question marks (?) for quick info.

  • Your inbox includes a quote matrix for the deal (showing lender quotes for the deal, making it easy to compare rates, terms, and fees at a glance).
  • Deal notification emails now include the title of the specific OM they’re referencing.
  • Self-storage is now its own standalone property type.

You can now create custom statuses for your Offering Memorandums (OMs) in Janover Pro!
Build stages that reflect your personal workflow and give yourself complete visibility over where each deal stands.
📌 Go beyond the default “Published” or “Archived” settings by creating custom statuses:

We're happy to announce that you can now upload and download attachments directly in Janover Pro.
To upload attachments, click the "Attach Files" button below your signature.

To revisit any attachments sent and received in your conversations, simply click on the attachment's name at the bottom of the message where the attachment was sent.

We also made the following ancillary updates:
  • If there is an error during the email sending process, your message/attachments will not be cleared
  • UI is more responsive and shows that sending is processing
